To meet the client’s demand for complex and highly precise stone processing, Midecnc recommended the 5 Axis CNC Bridge Saw, featuring full interpolation cutting, ±90° spindle rotation, and up to 45° tilting for mitered and curved cuts. The machine was paired with a high-resolution camera positioning system and automatic suction cups, enabling accurate slab alignment, seamless jointing, and safe handling of large-format stone panels.
For added precision in decorative inlays and intricate cutouts, the client also adopted a CNC Waterjet Cutter. Midecnc provided customized toolpaths, professional training, and on-site support tailored to the requirements of mosque domes, villa interiors, and other premium architectural elements.
